PowerFirst IntelligenceWe find power before the market does.
Search every screened US site for power you can use: headroom, distance to power and months to energise as a range, with the date of the data. Every size, from under 1 MW to gigawatt campuses, down to the local substation.
50 MW in Louisiana, power in 36 months.
Everyone screens Texas. Louisiana is moving fast: in August 2025 its regulators approved three new gas plants to serve Meta's data centre in Richland Parish. Here is one search there.

At 50 MW no Louisiana site has a P50 inside 24 months, so we ask for 36. Places that fit come back ranked, each leading with its P50 months to power, then the range. Ask when power is likely and the answer is a range with a chance by date, not one hopeful number.
Scored hexagons with months to power, P10 to P90.
Every 5 km² cell in the 48 contiguous states and DC, scored for power. Better sites are darker. Turn on Risk and a cell lists moratoria, flood and drought before you spend.

Name a town or paste an address. For Lafayette, Louisiana, the answer gives the grid operator, the utilities that serve it, the retail price and the months to power, with the chance by date.
Investors ranked for a site, with warm paths counted.
Equity, site-level and debt, by tier. How to power it: the best fit, what else fits, the lead time and the emissions band.

Agents post events such as a large-load filing, a re-scored site, a capital match and a ready decision card. A person approves, edits or holds each one. Every step keeps its source and its date.

For landownersCould your land power a data center?
Tell us where your land is and how much you have. We will assess its possible uses and send your free full site report. The same screening that ranks sites for partners checks your parcel, and a person reads every figure before it reaches you.
Illustrative example · index of 6 Oct 2026An example of how a result reads.
No live project or landowner is shown. The full example runs to all nine sections, with the date on every figure. Where the data runs out, the report says so and tells you how we will find out.
Nine sections, each with its dates.
A person checks every figure before it reaches you.
- 01Power connection options
Whether a power connection looks possible, and what needs checking.
- 02Timing and room to grow
How long power could take, and whether the site can grow.
- 03Fiber and latency
How close fiber and data centres are, and what that means for the customers a site can serve.
- 04Tenant demand nearby
Who already runs compute in the area, and how much.
- 05Investor and capital activity nearby
Recent raises, lending and deals near you.
- 06Zoning and policy signals
Designations, air quality, local opposition and the utility's rules for large load requests.
- 07Flood and water
Flood zones at the site, and what we need to ask the water utility.
- 08Indicative land value or lease range
A range for your parcel from cited sales and lease evidence, if the site fits.
- 09Next steps
What happens next, who does it and how long it takes. No obligation at any point.
Three steps. Two minutes of your time.
Send your site details. A member of our team checks the assessment before it reaches you. Your contact details stay sealed, and your full report follows within 7 days.

What landowners ask us.
Power first. Then everything else. What does a data center need from land?
Power first. We assess every way a site can be used, from a first phase to a full campus, so we look for land with a credible route to power. After power: about 1 to 5 acres (0.4 to 2 hectares) for a first phase, road access, fiber within reach, and land outside flood hazard areas.
Can I lease my land to a data center instead of selling it?
Yes. A long-term ground lease keeps the land in your hands. We can also discuss a sale, or an option while we secure power. The report sets out what could fit your site.
How long does it take?
Your full report arrives within 7 days. Power timing depends on the site and the work needed. Your assessment explains what still needs confirming.
What happens after the report?
If the site fits, we set up a call and a site visit, then submit a load request to the utility. If both sides want to go ahead, we sign a letter of intent. If it does not fit, we tell you why. There is no obligation at any point.
Does it cost anything?
No. The full report is free.
Where do the figures come from?
From PowerFirst's own grid, land and market analysis, built from official and industry data. Every figure in your report carries its date.
